Steps

  1. Slice the onion into strips and cut the carrot and potato into chunks. Set aside.
  2. Boil a pot of water. When it boils, place the beef rolls in the pot. Remove the blood foam and let them drain. Set aside.
  3. Heat a pan, add 10ml - 15ml of edible oil, and wait 10 seconds for the oil temperature to rise.
  4. Add the onion, stir-fry until soft and translucent.
  5. Add the potatoes and carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add cold water until all ingredients are submerged.
