Stone Jelly (Shilingfen) is a traditional snack from Xinyang, Henan. It has a smooth texture similar to pudding and is paired with mint juice or lemon juice for a cooling and refreshing effect. It belongs to the Henan Cuisine (Yu Cuisine) group. Hand-kneaded from ice jelly seeds, it is natural, additive-free, and rich in plant gums. The production process is very simple and beginner-friendly. The entire process takes about 3 hours, with 2.5 hours being the rest and solidification time, requiring almost no manual effort.

Calculation:
Determine the number of portions you want to make before starting. One portion is enough for 5 people.

Per portion:
- Fox Glue / Ice Jelly Seeds: 100g
- Boiled & Cooled filtered water: 2000g
- Mint juice: 10ml / Mint powder: 10g

During the process, observe the color and viscosity of the boiled water. If the color is too light or the water feels not sticky enough, it means there is insufficient ice jelly seed content, or the kneading strength and time were not adequate.
