- 1 stalk Wosun (Chinese lettuce)
- 0.25 piece Turnip (Radish)
- 2 pieces Hot mini-chili
Steps
- Peel the Wosun and cut into thin strips. Cut the turnip into strips, place both into a large bowl, add salt and stir. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the seasoned Wosun in water 1-2 times.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the Wosun, boil for 1 minute, then remove and drain well. Place into a large bowl.
- Bring oil to heat in a pan. Sauté the ginger slices, minced garlic, and hot peppers for 30-45 seconds, then pour over the Wosun.
- Mix thoroughly and serve.
