Ingredients

Steps
- Cut the lamb into chunks: 5cm long and 0.5cm wide.
- Cut the green onions into small segments.
- Put the lamb into a pot, add 1000ml of room-temperature water, and add cooking wine and green onions.
- After boiling for 2 minutes, remove the lamb, rinse with room-temperature water, and drain.
- Heat the wok/dish with cooking oil, add the lamb, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the surface of the lamb turns slightly yellow.
- Add boiling water, turn the heat to high.
- After 5 minutes, add white pepper and salt, and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
- When serving, add the coriander and cumin powder, and stir well.
