- Pour milk into a container with the quick-cooking oats and stir.
- Place the mixture in a microwave.
- Microwave on medium power for 4 minutes.
- ### Fried Egg Cooking Method
- Heat the pan and add a thin layer of oil at the base.
- Fry the eggs in the hot oil, for 20 seconds per side. Consider seasoning with salt and pepper (3g salt and pepper mixture, optional).
- Turn off the heat and plate the dish.
