- Regular frying pan

Steps
- Cut all the Bishop's cucumbers into rounds and set aside.
- Blend all tomatoes into tomato puree and set aside.
- Cut the beef into 2cm pieces and wash clean, set aside.
- Pour a layer of oil into the frying pan (to prevent the tomato puree from boiling and evaporating).
- Pour in the tomato puree and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes, waiting for it to turn darker red.
- Add 5g garlic powder, 5g ginger powder and 1 pack of 50g Masala powder, mix well.
- Add the beef and the cucumber rounds, mix well.
- Add 1 box of yogurt (to make the sauce thick), mix well.
- Transfer the entire pot of ingredients to the rice cooker/electric cooker. Add 250 ml of water. Set to the stew/meat stew setting and cook for 2-3 hours.
- Wait until done, open the pot and check that the beef is tender and soft, then serve.
