- Oil
- Scallions (green onions or big scallions are both fine)
- Ginger
- Onion
- Cooking wine
- Coriander/Cilantro (optional)

Steps
- Soak the dried baby shrimp in 50 degree Celsius warm water. Add 10ml of cooking wine to remove fishy odor. Drain the water after soaking for 10 minutes.
- Wash the scallions and coriander, cut them into 5cm long sections, and wipe the surface dry.
- Cut the onion into shreds. Boil the shreds in water for 5 minutes in a pot, then remove and drain.
- Peel the ginger and cut it into slices.
- Pour all the oil into the pot. Add the prepared materials mentioned above. Fry over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
