Ingredients
- Seasoning: Hot pot base, peanut butter, whole milk, stir-fry sauce (soy sauce), chili oil, vinegar, Sichuan peppercorn oil
- Ingredients: Semi-dry buckwheat noodles, baby cabbage, lettuce
- Washing basin, 18cm diameter small pot
Steps
- Wash the baby cabbage and lettuce, set aside.
- Pour 500ml of water into the pot and turn on high heat. Add the buckwheat noodles and baby cabbage, and wait for the water to boil.
- After the water boils, turn down to low heat. Add the hot pot base, peanut butter, milk, soy sauce, and chili oil. Once the water boils again, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the lettuce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Add the vinegar and Sichuan peppercorn oil, turn off the heat, and carry the pot directly to the table to eat.
