Notes

Steamed Pork Stuffed with Winter Melon is a home-style steamed dish combining meat and vegetables. The texture is fresh, tender, and smooth, with the savory meat filling blending harmoniously with the sweet freshness of the winter melon, making it light and not greasy. Ground pork provides high-quality protein and essential amino acids, while the winter melon helps clear heat, promote urination, and replenish fluids. The preparation is simple; even beginners can pick it up easily with just a little practice for rolling the meat. From prepping to serving, it takes about 30 minutes.
