Steps

  1. Chop scallions into flowers (green onion flowers) and garlic into mince. Set aside.
  2. Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to create the seasoning sauce. Set aside.
  3. Slice the Serrano peppers into rounds (rings). Set aside.
  4. Remove the strings/fibers from the green beans. Cut at a 45° angle in *4-10cm* pieces. Set aside.

  6. Add the green beans and stir-fry for *30s*.
  7. Add the seasoning sauce, turn the heat to high, and stir-fry for *2 minutes*.
  8. Pour in 150ml of water.
  9. Turn the heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and braise for 8-10 minutes.
  10. Add the minced garlic and serve.
