Notes

This is a classic tea recipe inspired by the streets of Thailand. It features a rich tea aroma and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel thanks to the combination of evaporated milk and milk.

While the tea-milk blend provides a small amount of protein and calcium, it is high in sugar and is best enjoyed as a refreshing thirst-quencher. The preparation is simple, but it requires repeated filtering and a long time to chill, taking approximately 4 hours and 20 minutes in total. A little patience is all it takes for beginners to make it.
