Notes
Korean Bibimbap is a colorful and richly textured Korean home-style dish. The sweet and spicy sauce coats the rice, vegetables, beef, and sunny-side-up egg. One bite is truly satisfying when mixed well. Various vegetables provide vitamins and dietary fiber, while the beef and eggs supplement high-quality protein, making it nutritionally balanced. The cooking process is simple, but the preparation steps are slightly more involved. Beginners can complete it with composure. From preparation to serving, it takes about 45 minutes.
